For shoppers
What is Saddar Bazar?
Saddar Bazar (saddarbazar.pk) is an online marketplace in Pakistan where many independent shops sell to you in one place. You can order from several sellers in a single checkout and pay cash on delivery.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order across Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs Rs. 250 per order and is free on orders over Rs. 5,000, even when your order includes items from different shops.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Large cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are usually on the faster side.
Who am I buying from?
Every product page shows the shop that sells it under "Sold by". Products sold by Saddar Bazar itself are marked with the Saddar Bazar name. All shops are reviewed before they can sell.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, contact support within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund with the seller.
How do I track my order?
Log in and open My orders to see the status of every item. Each shop in your order ships separately, so items can show different statuses.
For sellers
How do I start selling on Saddar Bazar?
Apply at saddarbazar.pk/sell with your shop name, mobile number and city. Our team reviews the application, and once approved you can add products from your seller panel.
How much does it cost to sell?
Opening a shop is free. Most shops pay a flat monthly fee (Rs. 5,000 by default) and keep the full price of every sale. Alternatively Saddar Bazar can put your shop on a commission plan, where a percentage of each completed sale is charged instead. Your plan is shown in your seller panel.
When do I get paid?
Your earning on an item clears once it is delivered. You can request a payout of your cleared balance at any time above the minimum of Rs. 1,000, and we transfer it to your bank account.
Do my products need approval?
Yes. New products, and changes to a product's name, description or category, are checked by the Saddar Bazar team before they go live. Price and stock changes apply straight away.
Who delivers the orders?
You pack and ship each order from your pickup address and mark it shipped in the seller panel. Saddar Bazar confirms delivery with the courier and collects cash on delivery payments.
